General Info

Tucked along the lively stretch of The Wharf Restaurant Bali, this spot feels like one of those easy, go-to places you end up returning to more than once. The location is convenient, especially if you’re exploring Kuta, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between relaxed and energetic.

From the moment you walk in, the space feels welcoming. The wheelchair accessible entrance makes it easy for everyone to get in comfortably, and the seating works well whether you’re dining solo or coming in with a group. I noticed quite a few larger tables filled with friends sharing meals, which adds to the lively diner-style vibe.

The menu leans into familiar favorites, but it’s done in a way that feels satisfying rather than predictable. The Spring Rolls are a great way to start-crispy, light, and perfect for sharing. If you’re in the mood for something hearty, the Noodles with Chicken and the Chicken Noddles (yes, both are on the menu) deliver that comforting, savory flavor you expect from a casual restaurant like this. Meanwhile, the Seafood Mixed Grill stands out as a more indulgent option, especially if you’re craving a mix of fresh flavors in one dish.

Drinks are just as enjoyable here. The Bintang Bucket is a popular choice, especially among groups looking to unwind after a day out in Bali. Pair that with their cocktails, and it’s easy to settle in for a longer evening. The service keeps things smooth, and NFC mobile payments make the whole experience quick and hassle-free when it’s time to leave.

Breakfast is also part of the offering, which adds another layer of convenience if you’re staying nearby. Whether you’re stopping in early for a relaxed start or later in the day for a casual dinner, the place adapts well to different moods and schedules.

What stood out most during my visit was how approachable everything felt. The menu is easy to navigate, the reviews you hear from other diners match the experience, and the overall setting encourages you to just sit back and enjoy. It’s not trying too hard-and that’s exactly what makes it work so well in a busy location like Kuta.

“ Not even a 5.3 earthquake could stop us enjoying our dining experience at The Wharf! Friendly, attentive staff looked after us, while we dined watching the sun set. The perfect spot to watch the end of the day. There's an impressive drinks menu. The food was tasty and well portioned. Also well priced. A wonderful time and we highly recommend ”

“ Great location and atmosphere. Food was typical good pub food. We went with a large group, and the service was better than the 5 star resort next door. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, and no one had any complaints. ”

“ 38 usd with everything I wanted to have. Music live, delicious plates, spirits and beers available very fair price. I will come back next time in Bali. The access is tricky by grab/bluebird but it.s worth to come! ”

“ The Wharf restaurant has indoor outdoor seating area with bean bag seating. The restaurant itself serves Western and Indonesian cuisine and has cocktails and beers happy hours everyday. A wonderful place to spend the afternoon watching the sun sets by the beach in the heart of Kuta, Bali. ”

“ Located inside Bintang Bali Resort. The place have decent ambience. Both indoor and outdoor seating space available. Food quality and taste was good. Food preparation was good. Service was great too. Prices are mid range. Good place to have dinner here if you are staying in the resort. People who are not staying in the resort also join the place. ”

“ Fantastic location next to a semi private beach. We went before sunset and took our drinks to the beach to watch the sunset. Staff were very friendly and funny. Has a good variety of meal options and food okay but not something to rave about. They have happy hour from 5 to 7, where you get three bintang or cocktails for the price of two and a band that you can join in with and sing karaoke. We went to the bintang hotel after dinner which the restaurant is a part of and let the kids have a swim and play in the playground. We also watched the cultural show which was enlightening and not too long. ”

“ Very nice service and food. Shame it wasn't more busy for valentines dinner service as the staff went to big lengths to set up the tables and placed the rose peddles around the tables with candles yet only saw 2-3 tables used... beautiful sunset and staff gave me a rose randomly, which was so beautiful and cute.. truely made my night special ”
